Welcome to our firm. We are an exclusively criminal defense practice that takes a straight-forward common-sense approach to criminal law. We are headquartered in Lake County but travel extensively throughout the State of Illinois. Between the two attorneys, there are over 50 years of criminal law experience in the firm. Both are licensed in Illinois and Federal Court.
We take pride in handling the most difficult types of criminal defense cases. Our attorneys have represented clients in all types of criminal and traffic matters including murder, sex crimes, controlled substances, white collar crimes, theft, battery, DUIs, and many others. We are experienced criminal litigators having tried thousands of criminal and traffic cases over our careers in Illinois.
No two criminal cases are ever the same. As part of our representation, we make ourselves available to our clients throughout the process. We always offer an initial consultation in our office without cost where we examine your case thoroughly and discuss our analysis of the case with you. Throughout the proceedings, we confer with clients to determine the best course of action for their interests. You should expect to review all evidence with us as well as to be updated with any conversations with the prosecuting authority. From there we will work with you to determine the best course of action to suit your case. We are well versed in all manners of resolving all criminal issues whether it is through negotiations, exploiting a mistake or wrong doing of an arresting agency through a pre-trial motion, or a trial in front of a judge or a jury. Our clients our consulted throughout the pendency of the proceedings so that any decision made is based on all of the information and our analysis of the benefits and consequences of any decision.
We understand that Illinois residents can face unique challenges, so we bring that expertise to the table for you throughout the state, and in Federal Court.
We handle felonies, misdemeanors, DUIs, ordinance violations, orders of protection, traffic matters and secretary of state reinstatement hearings.
